We go through your Map together. You choose what to build first, and we agree a fixed price and the savings target it has to hit.
We build your AI around how your team already works, connected to the systems you use today. Your Map fee comes off the price.
We switch it on, train your team and stay close for the first few weeks. Software nobody uses saves nothing.
We measure it against the target we agreed, keep improving it and build the next opportunity from your Map when you're ready.

No. The Map is yours to keep, whoever builds it. If you do build with us, the fee comes off the price.
For the Map, a short questionnaire and two calls. We do the rest. During a build, a weekly check-in and access to your systems.

The Map is paid upfront. Builds are usually 50% to start and 50% at launch. Ongoing support is a fixed monthly fee.
Yes. The code, data and accounts are all yours. You're never locked in.
Yes. We meet clients in person across Manchester and Liverpool, and work with businesses across the UK over video calls.
